Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. (Kinetic) seeks a Line Worker to install, repair, and maintain poles, cables, and conduits across multiple sites. You will operate bucket trucks, climb poles, string lines, and perform underground installations while adhering to safety standards.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to travel up to 50%, and a valid driver’s license with DOT pre‑hire considerations. Weekend and overtime work are common, with safety being paramount.

Qualifications

• Pole climbing certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT pre‑hire.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain poles, cables, and conduits.
• Set up service for customers by installing and testing equipment.
• Operate bucket trucks and climb poles to install lines and perform maintenance.
• Lay underground cable in trenches or conduit.
• Read and follow engineers’ instructions and safety procedures.
