Job summary

The Uniti Group’s Kinetic team is seeking a Field Service Technician in Osceola, IA. This safety-sensitive role installs and repairs residential and business telecom services, trains with test equipment, and meets customer needs by recommending suitable solutions.

You will operate indoors and outdoors, climb poles, and lift up to 50 lbs while working flexible hours including weekends. A valid driver’s license and basic tech skills are required; a two-year technical degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business telecom services (telephone, internet, video).
• Use test equipment to service multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products/services to meet customer needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant, including pole/climb tasks.
