Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Construction Technician-Line Worker to install, repair, and maintain telecom poles, cables, and conduits. The role includes aerial and underground work, splicing copper and fiber, and operating heavy equipment.

Travel up to 50% may be required, with weekend/holiday overtime and safety-sensitive responsibilities. Qualified candidates will have outdoor construction experience, pole climbing certification, and CDL eligibility.

Qualifications

• Outside plant construction experience or equivalent training.
• Pole climbing certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain poles and aerial cables (fiber and copper).
• Inspect lines, measure signal strength with test equipment.
• Operate heavy construction equipment and travel as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings.
• Assist in splicing copper and fiber cables and related tasks.
