Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a line worker for its Kinetic construction and engineering team.

The role focuses on installing, repairing, and maintaining poles, cables, and conduits, including aerial and underground work, with emphasis on safety and adherence to DOT standards. You'll operate bucket trucks, perform inspections, coordinate with engineers, and travel up to 50% to support field projects across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Pole climbing certification is required.
• DOT pre-hire certification is required.
• CDL post-hire may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain poles, cables, and conduits; use test equipment to measure signal strength.
• Install aerial cables; inspect lines, test, and locate faults.
