Reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture, you will drive best practices, collaborate with sales, product, and engineering, and help teams achieve executive alignment and long-term customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data space with a technical product.
• 3+ years building and leading technical customer-facing teams.
• History of building a territory and growing strategic accounts.
• Experience owning executive alignment in accounts guiding strategic decisions.
• Willingness to travel for executive sessions and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team of deeply technical Solutions Architects for digital native customers.
• Adapt the SA team's skills and engagement model to match customer needs.
• Consistently meet or exceed targets by qualifying workloads and identifying use cases.
• Travel to customer sites for executive sessions and technical workshops.
• Establish relationships across engineering, product, services, and sales.
• Stay current with Data and AI trends affecting digital native customers.
