You will review contracts, manage field orders, and support safety, scheduling, document control, and progress reporting. The role requires a BS/BA in Engineering or related field and 1–3 years of construction experience. • BS/BA in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Design.
• 1–3 years of related construction experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage construction documents, field orders, change orders, and close-out documents.

Responsibilities

• Review, understand, and administer contract requirements with emphasis on construction docs, field orders, change orders, and close-out docs.
• Develop and implement job-specific plans covering safety, scheduling, document control, cost codes, material, and tooling.
• Maintain and route daily reports, RFIs, timesheets, purchase orders, and other project paperwork.
