M. J. Electric, LLC, a Quanta Services company, seeks a Field Engineer for major industrial electrical construction projects in the Denver area. You will serve as a primary technical resource, review contracts, develop plans, and ensure field execution aligns with safety, quality, and scheduling goals.

Responsibilities include handling documents, submittals, cost control, design/layout work, and progress tracking while collaborating with customers and engineers to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Design.
• 1–3 years of related construction experience.
• Ability to develop and follow safety and quality plans.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review contract requirements and manage construction documents.
• Develop job-specific safety, scheduling, and cost-control plans.
• Maintain daily reports, RFIs, and other project records.
• Coordinate submittals, take-offs, and procurement with purchasing.
• Design and layout raceway and cable tray systems using CAD/3D tools.
• Track progress and support schedule development; resolve field issues.
