Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Design.
• 1–3 years of related construction experience.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer contract requirements with emphasis on documents, field orders, change orders, and close-out.
• Develop and implement safety, scheduling, document control, cost codes, material, and tooling plans.
• Maintain daily reports and field paperwork (Journals, RFIs, timesheets, POs, etc.).
• Perform material take-offs and coordinate submittals with Purchasing.
• Design raceway and cable tray layouts using CAD and 3-D modeling.
• Plan cable pulling sequences and calculate tensions.
• Manage Envelope System database; generate work packages and progress reports.
• Resolve field installation issues with design engineers and coordinate with other contractors.
• Serve as a technical resource on electrical codes and project documents/specs.
• Track installation progress and weekly quantities.
• Inspect field work for compliance with project specs and QC plan.
• Collaborate with customers and field management to maintain the project schedule.
• Interact with customers to maintain long-term relationships.
• Tackle challenging projects and ensure safe, profitable outcomes.
