Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Effectiveness to lead initiatives that boost field sales efficiency across the Rare Disease unit and other franchises. You will coordinate with the Director and regional leaders to set priorities and drive improvements through analytical insights.

The role requires on-site presence 2–3 days a week, strong program-management and sales analytics experience, and collaboration with US Analytics, Reporting, and CRM teams.
