Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager, Field Effectiveness to coordinate and lead projects ensuring the US field sales force operates at peak efficiency. You will support senior leadership in implementing strategies and initiatives that drive field effectiveness and ensure cohesive execution across the team.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced degree with 2+ years in sales analytics or consulting preferred.
• Experience in field effectiveness, analytics, or commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead projects to maximize field sales force efficiency.
• Support implementation of strategies driving field effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain field metrics and dashboards; assess performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Lead cohesion meetings across operations, IC, Reporting, and CRM teams.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt capabilities to evolving needs.
• Manage special projects (e.g., org design, launch readiness).
