Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master’s/Bachelor’s with relevant sales analytics/field effectiveness experience.
• 4+ years leading teams, projects, or resource allocation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in sales force optimization, incentives, or field operations preferred.

Responsibilities
