Job summary

Amgen seeks a Director of Field Effectiveness to lead a team enabling the sales force with insights, excellence, and efficiency in Rare Disease and Oncology. You will guide program design, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance improvements.

Based in the US, the role requires strategic leadership, strong analytics, and demonstrated experience managing people and large initiatives. A flexible work arrangement with on-site days is available.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master’s/Bachelor’s in a relevant field with extensive sales analytics/field effectiveness experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing people, teams, projects, or resource allocations.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to enable, advise, and support the sales force to achieve performance efficiency.
• Develop department design, roles, and objectives to deliver Field Effectiveness capabilities.
• Coordinate with GCCI to ensure timely, accurate field processes and deliverables.
