Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master or Bachelor with sales analytics, field effectiveness or life sciences management experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience or leadership in field sales analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking for field effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Liaise for Field Excellence capabilities and ensure alignment across field initiatives.
• Advise sales leadership and connect strategy with field execution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on sales force size, structure, and launch readiness.
• Develop field effectiveness strategies with focus on the business unit.
• Create dashboards and metrics with US Analytics; monitor trends and performance.
