Job summary

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics is seeking a Field-based Screening Solutions Specialist to drive growth for Cologuard in medical practices across the Cape Cod market. You will build account relationships, analyze the local care system, and lead business plans to increase product visibility and screening adoption.

This role requires 2+ years in sales or related experience (or 1+ year plus healthcare exposure), a valid driver’s license, and strong CRM/Excel/Tableau skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science or related field.
• 2+ years of sales, inside sales or account management experience (or 1+ year plus healthcare experience).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• No more than two moving violations or accidents in 36 months.
• Legal authorization to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze local healthcare ecosystems to identify opportunities and improve patient outcomes.
• Build a network of account relationships and capture CRM data (POC, calls, market intel).
• Synthesize data from Engage (CRM), Excel, and Tableau to guide account potential and opportunities.
• Develop and implement business/account plans to increase visibility and sales for Cologuard and related solutions.
• Lead plan execution with stakeholders (SA, Medical Affairs, Marketing) and tailor pre/post-call engagement.
• Educate physician and stakeholder groups on products, value propositions, and screening importance.
• Travel locally on a daily basis; occasional overnight travel may be required.
