Job summary

Vallarta Supermarkets is looking for a Culinary Field Chef to oversee field culinary operations and ensure standards across foodservice programs. You will provide hands-on support, coaching Kitchen Managers, and enhancing guest experiences.

This role involves a significant amount of travel, training, and operational improvements in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have at least 5 years in culinary management, preferably with a culinary degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in culinary, restaurant, or multi-unit operations leadership.
• Strong knowledge of food cost, labor, and inventory controls.
• Ability to train and lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
