Job summary

Vallarta Supermarkets is seeking a Culinary Field Chef who will support day-to-day culinary operations across all foodservice programs. Your role will involve providing hands-on support to Kitchen Managers and culinary teams, ensuring consistency in execution and culinary standards.

With approximately 80% of your time spent in field locations, you will coach on menu execution and drive operational improvements, while also participating in new store openings and culinary initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in culinary, restaurant, or multi-unit operations leadership.
• Strong experience in foodservice operations and team development.
• Ability to train and lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
