Job summary

Accenture Google Business Group Mid-Market seeks a Technical Delivery Lead to own data and AI engagements from solution shaping to go-live. You will coordinate with onshore and offshore teams, set the strategic direction, and ensure the final product upgrades how clients leverage data and intelligent automation on Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience in hands-on, client-facing technology roles
• Minimum 7+ years experience independently owned client engagements from design through go-live
• Minimum 3+ years experience architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform with data/AI focus
• Minimum 3+ years experience with BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow and data pipelines
• Minimum 1+ years experience agentic AI patterns
• Minimum 5+ years experience in technical leadership and delivery management

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, team structure, quality, outcomes
• Design the delivery approach for complex data and AI engagements
• Provide technical advisory across the engagement and client environment
• Be the trusted delivery partner and lead status reviews
• Stand up delivery and mobilize the team to deliver in weeks, not quarters
• Lead across borders with onshore/offshore teams
• Establish delivery governance and track progress against commitments
