Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead within the Google Business Group (AGBG) Mid-Market to own delivery from solution shaping through go-live, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring client value. You will shape the delivery approach, lead execution, and be accountable for what ships.

You will work directly with clients, own end-to-end delivery, and align across onshore and offshore teams to move quickly from plan to production, maintaining high quality and strong client

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• 7+ years owning client engagements from design through go-live.
• 5+ years architecting/delivering on Google Cloud Platform with CX and contact center focus.
• 3+ years experience with CCaaS platforms (CCAI, Genesys, NICE, or Amazon Connect).
• 5+ years leading distributed global teams and modern engineering practices.
• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of work experience (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: scope, timeline, team, tech, quality, outcomes.
• Design delivery approach; plan, structure, cadence, and sequencing with engineers.
• Provide technical advisory across the engagement and client environments.
• Lead status reviews; manage expectations and trade-offs in real time.
• Mobilize delivery from day one; deliver capabilities in weeks, not quarters.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery leadership and unblock blockers.
• Establish governance and track progress against commitments.
