Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• Minimum 7+ years experience independently owning client engagements from technical design through go-live.
• Minimum 5+ years architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform.
• Minimum 3+ years experience with CCaaS platforms (Google CCAI, Genesys, NICE, or Amazon Connect).
• Minimum 5+ years experience with distributed global teams and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, team structure, technology, quality, and outcomes.
• Design the delivery approach, define the plan, structure the team, set cadence, and sequence work.
• Provide technical advisory across the engagement on offerings, implementation, and underlying Google Cloud services.
• Be the client's trusted delivery partner; lead status reviews, manage expectations, and navigate trade-offs.
• Get solutions into clients' hands fast; stand up delivery, mobilize team, and drive execution from day one.
• Lead across borders; coordinate onshore delivery with offshore engineering teams.
• Drive quality and outcomes; establish governance, checkpoints, and measurable client value.
