Job summary

Accenture seeks a Technical Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of Google Cloud CX solutions for mid-market clients. You will design the delivery approach, lead the execution with an engineering team, and ensure outcomes transform how clients engage with their customers.

Travel may be required; you will collaborate across onshore and offshore teams, maintain delivery governance, and drive rapid, measurable client value with a focus on quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• 7+ years owning client engagements from design to go-live.
• 5+ years on Google Cloud Platform with CX/CC solutions.
• 3+ years with CCaaS platforms and CX architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end from shaping to go-live.
• Design delivery approach, plan, and team structure.
• Provide technical advisory across the engagement.
• Lead status reviews and manage client expectations.
• Drive delivery speed from day one to measurable value.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery leadership.
• Establish governance and track progress.
