Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to own delivery from solution shaping through go-live for Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX). You will design delivery, lead the execution with an engineering team, and be accountable for what ships, while ensuring client value and high-quality outcomes.

You’ll work directly with clients, balancing constraints, and shaping how they experience Google Cloud across multiple engagements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• 7+ years independently owning client engagements from technical design through go-live.
• 5+ years architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform with customer engagement and CX solutions.
• 3+ years experience with CCaaS platforms (Google CCAI, Genesys, NICE, or Amazon Connect).
• 5+ years experience with distributed global teams and modern engineering practices — architecture, scope, risk, stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, team structure, technology, quality, and outcomes.
• Design the delivery approach: plan, team, cadence, and sequence; partner with engineers on architecture.
• Provide technical advisory across the engagement on offerings and underlying Google Cloud services.
• Be the client’s trusted delivery partner: lead status reviews, manage expectations, and ensure visibility.
• Get solutions into clients' hands fast: stand up the delivery, mobilize the team, and drive execution from day one.
• Lead across borders: coordinate onshore/offshore delivery leadership and remove blockers.
• Drive quality and measurable outcomes through governance and checkpoints.
