Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a track record delivering results.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel locally and manage relationships with end-user partners.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets and sell DEWALT, STANLEY, and other brands to end-user customers.
• Attend local trades shows, conventions and events.
• Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners and manage contracts and programs.
• Teach and mentor local market teams on End User development and purchasing processes.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and use Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool.
