Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to support field operations on client projects in heavy industrial settings. The role focuses on field engineering, site administration, estimating, quality control, safety, and technical direction.

You will work under general supervision, in the field or office as needed, coordinate with site leads, oversee subcontractors, prepare daily and quality reports, and ensure drawings and revisions are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the site construction lead on overall field operations, scheduling, daily reports, and quality control.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality and drawing intent.
• Maintain the project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and records.
• Take progress photographs and label them with identification.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest drawings are used.
• May assist the Project Construction Manager and support key trades or subcontractors.
