Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field engineering, site administration, estimating, scheduling, and quality control on client projects. This role is 100% field-based with work at project sites and some office support as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating site operations, supervising subcontractors, maintaining reports, and ensuring adherence to drawings and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Required: high school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of relevant construction field experience.
• Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily and quality reports, and drawings conformity.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project schedules, escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager, and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Prepare and review daily reports, quality inspections, and progress photos; maintain organized site records.
• Ensure use of latest design drawings and revisions and assist Project Construction Manager as needed.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience

Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience
