Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on overall field operations from scheduling, daily reports, quality control, drawings conformity, and communication with subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Ensure work follows project schedule; escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with site lead or Project Construction Manager.
• Take progress photos and label them.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use latest design drawing revisions.
• Support Project Construction Manager as needed.
• May supervise key trades or subcontractors in support of the project.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
• Maintain on-site records per CDM Smith requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline

Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline

High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience
