Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor's degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on overall field operations, scheduling, daily/quality control reports, drawings conformances, and communication with subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with the site lead or Project Construction Manager.
• Take progress photographs and label each image for records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design drawing revisions are used.
