Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is looking for an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field engineering, site administration, estimating, and quality control across assigned projects. The role is field-based at client project sites with work from field or office as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily and quality control reports, and ensuring safety and conformance to drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive relevant field experience.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred and beneficial.
• Willingness to travel US-wide to project sites and work 100% in the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control, drawings and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
