Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an Intermediate Construction Professional to work in the field at client project sites. This role performs field engineering, site administration, estimating, scheduling, quality control, and safety oversight for assigned projects.

Under general supervision, you will coordinate with the site construction lead, oversee subcontractors, maintain records, write daily and quality inspection reports, capture progress photos, and support monthly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling and daily quality reports.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Maintain project schedules and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare and review Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Capture progress photographs and label them for records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design revisions are used.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
