• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports and quality control.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and adherence to drawings and quality standards.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for records.
• Take progress photographs and label each photo for records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design revisions are used.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
