• Associate degree with six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist scheduling and daily field reports, quality inspections, and drawings conformity.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Maintain project schedules and escalate delays to management.
• Prepare daily reports, quality inspection reports, and progress photos.
• Support monthly progress reports and ensure use of current design revisions.
• Assist project manager with contract extras and progress payments.

Education
