Job summary

Qualifications

• The Intermediate Construction Professional performs field engineering, site administration, design and construction, estimating, quality control, scheduling, safety adherence and technical direction on assigned projects.
• Works under general supervision with field or office deployment depending on project needs.
• Must coordinate with site construction lead and subcontractors to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality inspections and communication with subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and adherence to drawings.
• Maintain project documentation including daily and quality inspection reports.
