Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to work in the field at client project sites across the United States. You will perform field engineering, site administration, estimating, scheduling, quality control, and safety support under supervision.

Role requires extensive field presence, travel up to 100%, and coordination with site construction leads and subcontractors to meet drawings, specs, and project milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control reports, and conformance to drawings and specifications.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure work is safe, correct, and meets quality control measures.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports; collaborate with site lead and Project Construction Manager.
