Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to work in the field at client project sites, performing field engineering, site administration and coordination.

This role requires extensive travel, oversight of subcontractors, daily reporting, and progress tracking to ensure safety and quality on the project. Excellent collaboration with field leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related experience considered.
• Associate degree plus six years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site construction lead on scheduling, daily/quality reports and drawings conformance.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and adherence to drawings.
• Prepare daily and quality inspection reports for project records.
• Maintain on-site records and ensure latest design drawings are used.
• Assist Project Construction Manager with progress reports and contract extras.
