Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate or bachelor with relevant experience in construction management/engineering.
• Degree(s) in Construction Management or Engineering (or related) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, QC reports, and conformance to drawings/specifications; communicate with subcontractors as needed.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Ensure work adheres to the project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports; label and archive as record documents.
• Capture progress photos and label each photo.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design revisions.
• May assist the Project Construction Manager.
• May supervise key trades/subcontractors in support of the project.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Maintain clear, professional correspondence with management and clients.
• Maintain on-site records per CDM Smith document control.
