Responsibilities include coordinating with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control, and sub-contractor oversight. Travel is extensive, with a strong emphasis on field performance and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Nine years of relevant field construction experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of relevant experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline plus three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the site construction lead on field operations, including scheduling and daily/quality reports.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Take progress photographs and label them for records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawings.
• Assist Project Construction Manager as needed.
• May supervise key trades or subcontractors.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Maintain professional correspondence with project management and clients.
• Maintain on-site document control records.
