Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on overall field operations, including scheduling, daily reports, and quality control.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and conformity with drawings.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with site leadership.
• Take progress photographs and label each image for records.
• Support Monthly Progress Reports and verify use of latest design drawings revision.
• Assist with contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Maintain clear, professional correspondence with project management and clients.

Education
