Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to work in the field at client project sites. You will perform field engineering, site administration, design and construction activities, estimating, quality control, scheduling, and safety support under general supervision.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the site construction lead, overseeing subcontractors, maintaining on-site records, and producing daily and progress reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control reports, drawings conformity, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, accuracy, quality, and drawing intent.
• Keep to the project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
