Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field engineering, site administration, estimating, scheduling, and quality control on client projects. Work is in field locations and may alternate with office duties as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the site construction lead, overseeing subcontractors, preparing daily and monthly reports, and ensuring drawings and specifications are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in field engineering, site administration and basic estimating.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications and enforce conformance.
• Strong scheduling, reporting and safety adherence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist site construction lead with overall field operations including scheduling and daily/quality reports.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure work meets drawings, specs and quality controls.
• Maintain project records and progress reports; ensure latest drawings are used.
• Communicate project issues professionally with management and clients.
