Tradesmen International in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to grow and manage a sales territory in the construction staffing industry. This is an outside sales role: you’ll be in the field daily, building relationships with commercial construction clients and generating new business with uncapped commission.

You will educate prospects on the value of a skilled, variable workforce, coordinate with internal Project Coordinators, and strive to exceed quarterly sales

Qualifications

• 1+ year in outside/territory/B2B sales (construction or staffing a plus).
• Proven ability to cold call, canvass a territory and generate leads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and canvass territory to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Sell directly to contractors and facility/HR managers at their sites.
• Educate on the value of a skilled variable workforce and productivity gains.
• Coordinate with internal coordinators to match workers to orders.
• Exceed quarterly sales goals and build senior-level relationships.
• Manage full client lifecycle from onboarding to satisfaction checks.
• Support field employees and track placements in Salesforce.
• Attend trade events to build industry relationships and collect invoices.
