Tradesmen International is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory in the construction staffing industry. This outside sales role keeps you in the field daily, building relationships with commercial construction clients and driving new business with uncapped commission.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, manage the full client lifecycle, and use Salesforce CRM to track activity while attending trade events to expand your network and earnings

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in outside sales or B2B sales within construction or staffing.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to contractors and facility managers.
• Educate clients on the value of a skilled, variable workforce.
• Coordinate with internal coordinators to match staffing needs to orders.
• Maintain and exceed quarterly sales goals and targets.
• Build relationships with client senior management and jobsite supervision.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing satisfaction.
• Support field employees by prep for assignments and check-ins.
• Track sales activity and maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Attend trade association events to build industry relationships.
• Collect on outstanding invoices and support timely payments.
