Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field-oriented construction field engineering, site administration, design and construction tasks, estimating, scheduling, safety adherence, and technical direction for assigned projects.

The role operates from field sites or offices depending on project needs, with 100% travel to project locations and oversight of safety and quality standards throughout construction activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control reports, conformances to drawings and subcontractor communications.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Ensure work follows the established project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and record documentation.
• Take progress photographs of construction events and label each photo accordingly.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and maintain on-site records per required document control.
