This Intermediate Construction Professional position entails field engineering, site administration, estimating support, quality control, scheduling, and safety adherence to ensure successful project execution.

Work is performed in the field at client project sites, with 100% travel required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on field operations from scheduling, daily reports, quality control reports, conformance to drawings and specifications; communicate with subcontractors as needed.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality and adherence to drawings.
• Ensure work aligns with the project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with the site construction lead or Project Construction Manager.
• Take progress photographs of construction events and label them accordingly.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawings revision for construction.
• Support Project Construction Manager as needed.
• May manage key trades or subcontractors in support of the project.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager for client approval.
• Maintain clear, professional correspondence with project management and clients.
