Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor's degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on overall field operations, scheduling, daily reports, quality control reports, conformance to drawings and specifications, and communication with subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure work is safe, correct, quality-controlled, and aligned with drawings’ intent.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
