Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to work in the field at client project sites across the United States. You will perform field engineering, site administration, estimating, quality control, scheduling, and safety oversight under general supervision.

You will assist the site construction lead, coordinate with subcontractors, produce daily and progress reports, ensure drawings and specifications are followed, and support project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• OSHA 30 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the field construction lead on scheduling, daily and quality control reports.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for record documentation.
• Take progress photos and label each image for records.
• Support monthly progress reporting and ensure use of latest design drawings.
