Responsibilities include coordinating with the site construction lead, overseeing subcontractors, producing daily and quality reports, and maintaining on-site records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience The associate or bachelor's degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the site construction lead on field operations per schedule and reports.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawings conformance.
• Ensure work adheres to the project schedule and escalate delays to PM.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with site lead or PM.
• Take progress photographs and label each photograph.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports with site lead or PM.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revision for construction.
• May assist Project Construction Manager as needed.
• May be responsible for key trade or subcontractor support for the project.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
