Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field engineering, site administration, and construction coordination at client project sites. Work will be conducted in the field and at times from the project office under general supervision.

Responsibilities include scheduling, daily and quality inspection reports, safety adherence, and liaison with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Associate, or High School diploma with relevant construction experience.
• Experience coordinating field operations, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ability to communicate with subcontractors and project teams, and to follow drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on field operations, scheduling, and daily/quality reports.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Maintain project schedules and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
