Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field engineering and site administration at client project sites.

The role is 100% in the field with emphasis on coordination with the site construction lead, scheduling, quality control, documentation, and progress reporting across heavy industrial projects in the United States. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with three (3) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist site construction lead with scheduling, daily and QA reports.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and drawing conformance.
• Ensure work aligns with project schedule and escalate delays.
• Prepare daily and quality inspection reports for record keeping.
• Capture progress photos and label them for documentation.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and contract extras.
