Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field engineering, site administration, estimating, scheduling, safety adherence support, and technical direction for projects. Work is field- or office-based depending on project needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with site leads on field operations, supervising subcontractors for safety and quality, maintaining daily and quality inspection reports, keeping project schedules,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor's degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on overall field operations, scheduling, daily and quality control reports, conformance to drawings and specifications, and communication with subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality control and adherence to drawings.
• Ensure work adheres to the project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.

Education
