Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field engineering, site administration, and project support at client sites in the heavy industrial sector. Work may occur in the field or office under supervision, with a strong emphasis on safety and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate with the site construction lead, oversee subcontractors, maintain daily and quality reports, and help prepare monthly progress documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant field experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction-related discipline required.
• Degrees in construction management or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site construction lead on field operations and scheduling.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and drawings conformity.
• Prepare daily reports, quality inspection reports, and progress records.
• Take progress photographs and label each image.
• Assist with monthly progress reports and ensure use of latest drawings.

Education
