Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service by identifying and advancing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital solutions. This field-based role operates around Los Angeles, CA, with a compensation plan that includes commissions and a company car.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs. and work on rooftops/mechanical spaces.
Valid driver’s license and meeting driving requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop territory plans and expand high-value opportunities.
Track sales activities and manage the pipeline in the CRM.
Close and renew service agreements with tailored proposals.
Sell Carrier HVAC service products and lifecycle solutions.
Present at customer seminars to generate leads and opportunities.
